RETURN POLICY

 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. However, we can offer you store credit if the purchase is beyond 30 days.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods. 

 

I.  Items exempt from return include: 

  • Clearance
  • Open Consumables
  • Brushes
  • Towels
  • Hair accessories
  • Used electronic grooming items
  • Shaving utensils (i.e razors)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods.

 

Additional non-returnable items:

  •  Gift cards
  •  Downloadable software products
  •  Open health and personal care items

 

* To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You can obtain this in your customer account.

II. How To Process A Return:

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Visit our RMA Center. 

  1. Visit: RMA Center  (Click here)
  2. Type in your email address and order number. 
  3. Select the products eligible for return*
  4. Complete the RMA Form
  5. Confirm all return information is correct
  6. Click Continue


 

III. Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment with a processing time 3 -5 business days based on banking institution.

 

IV. Guidelines: 

  • Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your return/exchange after we receive the package.  You can check the status via the RMA Center or track number provided.
  • All items authorized for a return or exchange must be received in our RMA Dept within 15 days from the authorization date.  You'll be notified by email of all status changes. 
  • Any refusal of a delivery will be regarded as a return and be disqualified for an exchange.
  • If you would still like to make a return after the 15 day authorization period (not to exceed the 30 day return timeline), please contact us for a new label or you can ship it to us via a carrier of your choice (USPS, FEDEX, UPS, DHL). Please email the tracking number to make the processing time of your return faster.
  • If you are due a refund, please allow 5-7 business days after we receive the items in our warehouse for processing.
  • Any original shipping costs incurred by us are non-refundable.
  • All exchanges and returns will be considered final transactions.
  • Also in reward points can be used towards an exchange.

 

  • If after 30 days, we may issue store credit up to the cost of the item.  Will receive email with store credit update.  Sign in to "My Account" to view updated details. 

 

V.  Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@ataerabella.freshdesk.com

 

VI. Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

VII. Exchanges 

Exchanges are based upon condition of return. Processed upon delivery and approval of returned item(s). We also replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange an item for any reason, please use the RMA Form.


VIII. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

 

IX. Return Shipping

To return your product, start the process by completing the RMA Form >  Click here 

 

After clicking continue, you will be redirected to choose your shipping options:

 

  • Option 1:  Pre-paid label-  We take care of all charges for shipment. Select your box size from the drop-down menu and click submit

 

  • Option 2:  I will ship it myself- If you choose this option you have sent the product back already.  Take a photo of your shipping receipt and send to: cs@ataerabella.com

 

We will send you a pre-paid label within the RMA Center. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

The tracking number and details are included in the RMA Center upon approval.  We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. The tracking number is how you can check for the update.
