RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love everything you purchased. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or would like to make an exchange, ATAERA BELLA will review your request via our RMA system within 30 days of purchase.
- How it works:
- Visit: RMA Center (Click here)
- Type in your email address and order number.
- Select the products eligible for return*
- Complete the RMA Form
- Confirm all return information is correct
- Click Continue
After clicking continue, you will be re-directed to choose your shipping options:
- *Pre-paid label- We take care of all charges for shipment. Select your box size from the drop-down menu and click submit
- *I will ship it myself- If you choose this option you have sent the product back already. Take a photo of your shipping receipt and send to:
III. Approval Process
- You'll receive an email directly in your inbox with a decision based upon our return guidelines.
- Return approvals, you will receive a return label (which will be valid for 15 days after authorization) with shipping instructions.
- You can track your package here.
- Please allow 3- 5 business days for a Refund/Exchange to be processed
- Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your return/exchange after we receive the package. You can check the status via the RMA Center or track number provided.
- All items authorized for a return or exchange must be received in our RMA Dept within 15 days from the authorization date. You'll be notified by email of all status changes.
- Any refusal of a delivery will be regarded as a return and be disqualified for an exchange.
- If you would still like to make a return after the 15 day authorization period (not to exceed the 30 day return timeline), please contact us for a new label or you can ship it to us via a carrier of your choice (USPS, FEDEX, UPS, DHL). Please email the tracking number to make the processing time of your return faster.
- If you are due a refund, please allow 5-7 business days after we receive the items in our warehouse for processing.
- Any original shipping costs incurred by us are non-refundable.
- All exchanges and returns will be considered final transactions.
- Also in reward points can be used towards an exchange.
- Reasons for a rejected return include (but are not limited to):
- We accept returns on face and body care treatments that have not be used more than 50%.
- We do not offer refunds on sale items, consumables, brushes, towels, hair accessories, used electronic grooming items, intimate or sanitary goods.
- We do not accept gift cards.
- Incomplete packaging including labels
- Product that has been altered in any way
- All original contents must be included
- Product packaging alterations, changing the appearance of the packaging in any way.
- Additional Information
Based on the condition of the returned/exchanged merchandise, for damages on all returns and exchanges are subject to a $8.95 per order restocking fee.
- Undeliverables & Refused Packages-
Orders returned to us without advanced authorization from ATAERA BELLA (i.e- unauthorized returns, refused packages, incorrect address, etc…) will be treated as returns.
Refunds/ Exchanges and Returns are based on the inspection and direction of the RMA Dept.
Return Shipping Instructions:
- Repack merchandise securely in a box.
- Please include all original packaging including labels.
- Include your RMA form in the box.
We must receive your return merchandise within 15 days from the RMA approval date (not to exceed the 30-day return policy). If we have not received your return by this time, the RMA can be subject to being voided and not eligible for exchanges.
If you would like to ship the return items at your own expense, please let us know by email with a copy/photo of the shipping receipt and RMA number.
